Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at zoompcollectivesupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1 business day.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at zoompcollectivesupport@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior authorization.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original order and place a new order once the return is approved.
